I was out in the sticks checking out the hops last weekend and they aren’t quite ready to come down. And really, since this is our first year growing, there’s no real harvesting to do anyway. Regardless, I’m trying to get some good information on when, should we need to, we’ll know to harvest our stinky little friends.
